These Planning Application Fees reflect the 2024 Cost of Living Adjustment (+4.15 per cent) and a 10 per cent increase to Minor Variance and Consent application fees as approved in the 2024 City Budget.

Validation of Title, Technical Severance, Leases, Mortgage Discharge, Lot Additions: $2,087.75

1000 m radius: $300.00 (subject to HST)

As set out in Chapter 441-4 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, the fees are adjusted every January 1.
